Our Summer Camp Program is currently full.
Our Kindergarten and School Age programs are full for the 2021-2022 school year. We are currently accepting new young INFANT (6 wks – 6 months) students only. These spots will be available to start mid October. Please email or call with registration questions.
Bright Star Academy opened it's doors in 2012 with the goal of providing families with quality care that focuses on children first and foremost, while keeping our families involved! We strive to provide real relationships with the families we work with, and encourage parent participation in our classrooms.We happily provide care for children aged 6 weeks thru 5th grade. Our center offers three infant rooms, two toddler rooms, a preschool program, a prekindergarten program as well as kindergarten and school age care.
We follow the research based Creative Curriculum to allow our students to get the most out of their time at Bright Star. These studies and investigations are geared for each age group to grasp certain concepts and make learning fun.
Our center is a a Step Up to Quality center with a FOUR star rating. Step Up To Quality is a voluntary quality rating system for child care programs in Ohio recognizing early care and education programs that exceed quality for Ohio's children. Having a four star rating means that our staff have higher qualifications and are dedicated to the future of the children they serve.
We also work closely with the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program to ensure we are providing quality meals that meet the standards of the USDA. Menus are always available outside our kitchen and we are more than happy to offer substitutions on items that interfere with dietary restrictions or religious beliefs.
